Please note! This deck was submitted before version 1.6.4 of the game, when Rainigon could still be staked for colored gems. This is no longer possible. If this deck relied on staking Rainigons for different colored gems, make sure to replace the Rainigon with other cards (of the colors you need) in your deck before playing.

Gem Requirements

  • 8 Rainbow gems
  • 3 Orange gems
  • 2 Blue gems
  • 2 Purple gems
  • 2 Green gems
  • 1 Red gem
  • 1 Pink gem
  • 1 Yellow gem

Strategy

Note: This deck was updated on 30 January, 2024 because of changes to the cards.

Mulligan: Best cards to have are Charity, Minotaur, Water Elemental and Regulate.

Mid Game: Use Air Elementals, Gargoyle, Cold Storage to stall.

Late Game: Quantum Rug into Time Travel for late game minions.

Since the deck uses all 7 colors it's very easy to discount the cost of The Seven Deadly Sins and use the extra cards to stall even more.

We have 4 rainbow cards that we only use to stake for gems (Rainbow Lotus and 3 Rainigons). One of them can be used for whatever colored mana you need at that point. The other 3 are mandatory to stake for red, yellow and pink mana, depending on what you need at the time.

Best minions to have early are Gargoyle and Water Elemental, we only play them reactive to stop enemy from attacking us, if opponent doesn't play anything we wont play anything.

When we get overwhelmed we use Cold Storage and Time Travel to stall and reset the board state, try to be as efficient as possible with them and prevent as much damage as possible.

Try freezing board (Cold Storage) before using Time Travel to bait out more cards, playing Quantum Rug and then Time Travel the rug back.

For me I needed 5-10 games to start learning the deck, the first few times I lost very badly. So a bit of a learning curve

Tip: Make sure to never overdraw cards. Plan ahead if you think opponent has banish or Time Travel.
