Description
Blue-Purple aggro deck designed around killing the opponent's hero quickly as possible. Freeze and Banish mechanics are used to protect the board so that minions can prioritize attacking the hero.Strategy
Mulligan: Focus on getting minions to play on turn one and two. Discard everything if there is no 2-cost minion in the starting hand, as the deck relies heavily on playing a minion on the first turn. If there is a 2-cost minion then discard the other cards to try for a 3-cost minion as well.
General: Secure early board control then use Elementals to maintain it while attacking their hero. Try not to sacrifice minions to trade with the opponent unless it is absolutely necessary. This deck will perform much better when going first. Unless there is no other minion to play, it is usually better to stake Snow Leopard and Corrupted Warlock. When choosing which cards to play/stake; keep in mind that one purple gem is needed to play Gargoyle on turn one, and two blue gems are needed to play Water Elemental on turn 3.
